Every now and again I have a problem where I get duplicate objects when I drag them across the workspace and not sure why?

Every now and again I get a sticky ‘Ctrl’ key, but dont think that does it? All I can do is reboot the computer (not just Corel) to solve it.

there is a feature in windows called "stickey keys" i’m sure

try turning that off and it might ignore your key getting stuck and turning it on

Can’t remember where this option is and i’m on my mac at the moment

I’ve had this on occasion, it’s a right pain in the backside as you often don’t have enough ctrl-z moves to remove them all and have to sometimes delete hundreds if you’ve quickly grabbed something and dragged it across the top of an ungrouped design!

i’ve always had to delete them, save, and close corel, i think on occasion even restart the pc. got a good mouse and keyboard too.

Thanks for that, seems I do have a "sticky key" problem with windows, its just a pain when it happens…….

The sticky keys feature is for accessibility, it allows you to do key combinations such a ctrl alt esc by pressing one key at a time instead of all at the same time.
To turn it on just press the shift key 5 times.
