Please help.. I have a regular need for a Prinable Vinyl (solvent printable with our Roland VS-300i) that I can heat apply and conform etc but that can be applied without Laminating.. For short and very short term applications.. The usual circa 50micron cast films are obviously too difficult to apply without lamination, hence I need something thicker… or a non-cast, thicker alternative that has some degree of heated conformity without residual memory.

I just lost a big chuck of my life phoning our usual media suppliers and they universally seem to have difficulty understanding that there are sometimes situations outside the norm. :banghead:

In a nutshell, we manufacture small model vehicles and when designing wraps for them I need some material that enables us to prototype the cut profiles and graphics without all the ball ache of lamination and separate print & cut.. Is there anything out there?

I’m just about to laminate a load of 50micro cast, with a second layer of itself!! crazy perhaps? any better ideas, or materials I haven’t found suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
