    Hi All

First time posting on the forum, found it when searching for banner material – excellent site, very informative.

Our company has a VersaCamm 300 and I’m looking to print a banner approx 2000mm x 700mm both sides (identical image) with a single cutline in the shape of a semi-circle.

Basically, what’s the best way to print on both sides so the images are aligned making the cutline appear correctly positioned on both images?

    Hope I’ve explained myself properly.

We’re using Versa Works as the RIP.

    Thanks for any help.

    Jules

you can obviously get double sided banner for this sorta thing but to be honest, i find just printing block out banner twice and welding/taping/bonding together the easiest way.
i think Dave Rowland makes pinholes in the banner at each corner and then aligns the other side with it. good idea i guess but i haven’t used this method.
