    you just need a chop saw that allows a cross cut. i have one on our dewalt chop saw.
    alternatively a radial arm saw, but tahts more expensive. we had one but got rid of it due to lack of use.
    the one in the picture looks pretty much a budget model but i think you can get them from B&Q.
    im guessing from the picture its the channel letter fabrication video you have taken that from?

    Hi Rob,

    Thats exactly what I need it for.

    We pretty much have control of all our manufacturing in house wanted to try and bring acrylic letters too as these seem to shoot us in the foot and we tend to loose work as we sub them to trade signs and get some very high prices coming back and end up losing work.

    I have a cheap B&Q hobby sitting around somewhere will investigate further

    Any idea where I might get the blade? Any idea what thickness of plastic they are using for the returns as it seems to flex a fair bit

    I`m sure I have seen that kind of saw on either a trophy/engraving or picture framing site!!
