trying to source thick printable transparent polyurathane for making motocross graphics. The clear is printed on in reverse, backed up with white md5 or similar then a 3m glue applied to the rear. Not using convex anymore as it is working out too expensive.

Hi, i am looking for a clear printable material, non adhesive, similar thickness to that of convex pro shield. Not sure where to start looking for this, i have asked my vinyl supplier and they do not know where to get it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
    Thanks in advance

I have used Wardle Storeys in the past for the type of product you are after. They do all different types, thickness’s etc. Not sure about the ability to print on it.

Jason B I looked at their website there and could not see their product range anywhere.

Jason im not sure armour flex stuff is the correct material.

The search goes on. Anyone on here that makes large numbers of motocross or quad decals must use it?

i thought the idea of convex was that it stayed stuck to the plastic panels and is why we don’t use normal vinyls.
i can make stuff as strong but with out the adhesion properties.

Chris convex is all good but there is an alternative less expensive method of making these motorsport graphics. I just need to persuade someone to tell me where they get their clear. Basically its a clear, thick non adhesive laminate. I can make it stick no problem by using 3m 300lse.
