  • Trying to identify a vinyl ?

could anyone help me I’m after a form of vinyl that has little holes in it the only place I’ve seen it is on the back of ice cream van windows.
and you can print on it. from the inside you can see through the window but look in from the out side (from a distance) it look like a full color print.
if anyone has seen this vinyl and where i can get it from i would be very greatful.

    cheers

As Andy has said mate. one way vision, contro-vision etc various similar names and almost the same product. controvison being the original creator of product "i think" has licenced the use of their idea to various vinyl manufacturers and probably the reason we see so many variations of the product these days.

the tutorial Andy mentioned that i did on something similar can be viewed HERE

it can all be printed onto thats its purpose mate…
oracal and maybe grafityp do an alternative, you can buy contravision "i think" from wm smiths, if not then most likely an alternative. ive only used contravision and oracals alternative.

not a problem, anytime… glad your sorted. remember you do not use application tape when fitting, and only fit it dry… bone dry!
