    Trouble opening an .ai file

    hi all can anyone help??

    i have been sent a .ai file by my customer but when i open/ import it into coreldraw it only shows the bit that would be visible on an a4 page.

    can anyone advise on what i am doing wrong please.

    it’s probably saved at too high a version, get someone on the boards to convert it to a lesser version i.e version 5 or something
