    Does anyone out there offer training in the doing decals and vinyls for small aircraft, i am looking at doing a job that includes some delivery of reg numbers small logo’s etc etc in a small paint shop and maintenence hanger for westlands and bell Choppers this is for a company not for me as a business

    I would imagine it’s the same as applying to anything else.

    What you need is a huge liability insurance and make sure the supplier of the vinyl does. Just in case…

    Im not sure if avery have a vinyl designed for aircraft.

    I have used avery (900 series) on transatlantic private jets before now, this and a variety of other aircraft, never had any comeback or issues and as far as i am aware all the graphics are performing well.
    I wrapped the bottom half of a king air (turbo prop) in graphite avery 900 and that is doing fine and has been on the aircraft for 2 years now.
