    Local Purbeck Marble, Hand-drawn and carved own style cursive Roman letterform painted with tan/white 1Shoe signwriters enamel.

    Your work is amazing. If I did something in my own style cursive I don’t think I could charge someone for it.

    We don’t see enough of this type of work. Make sure you show us some more.

    There is a stone mason near me, and I am always fascinated by the hand carving they do. They must think I’m a nutter because I always stop and peer through the fence outside their yard!

    Hi Dave,

    Go the stone cut and polished to shape and size, Punched the edges (2 hours), Cut lettering (3 hours), Painted (1 hour).
    It is fixed using stainless threaded bar in the back of the stone, 3 inches into the wall and filled with epoxy resin. All in all I guess a days work!!
