I love it. I love all the transitions from panel to panel as well. That’s a perfect fitting job right there.

Excellent job Warren the only bit i’m not to keen on is the contoured text on the front door would have looked better in just black ( presuming it is contact details)

Well done Warren – I especially like the three view quarter treatment. How did you represent these in your visuals, and just as importantly, how did you achieve this in real life 😀

    Thanks guys and girls.

Phill, here is the proof I sent the customer. My main goal was to get the colour to flow around the vehicle with no large empty of dull gaps, hence the orange contoured details on the front door, when I had it is simple black lettering it really did not look too nice as it just did not blend nicely with the rest of the design so decided to make it orange but lettering alone was still too subtle so went for the chunky style to tie the front and back together.

As for how I did it, I had 2 full size identical prints but one of them was mirrored, I did the side first and then lined up the back and applied it.

I used Arlon cast which is what my supplier supplies.

I hope all that makes sense 🙄

    cheers

Thanks all, yes the concept was mine and like I said developed each time I did another one.

Below are all 3 vehicles done now, the first was done about 2 years ago and the 2nd one about 9 months ago and then this one. I had just sort of started out when I did the first one and kept it simple simply because I did not have the skills yet or courage to push the limits and at that stage digital prints and wrapping were years away from my mind and thought everything had to be cut vinyl only 🙄 :lol1:

The last year when they bought the van I suggested the picture of the orange to add some extra colour and the digital print to make it more eye catching (they have since used the orange for everything from menus to flyers and even a large one on the wall in the shop.

This time I wanted to add a different colour as all the orange was starting to look a little bit sickening :lol1: so went back to istock and found the lime and thought t hat would go very well with it just to break it up a bit and add another element of design and colour. Customer approved this design straight off with only a small change with the black details on the door changing to orange 😉

It’s been a great development project for me and have enjoyed the bit of free range the customer keeps giving me to help build his brand.

    cheers

    Warren

    some other "orange" stuff done for them, there is also a few I don’t have pictures of like;

the 1200mm orange on the wall
serving trolley with orange side panels made from dibond and vhb tape
    lettering on the roof beam
    menu posters
    leaflets

a small but good customer for the last 2 years.

    cheers
