Just a wee shout out for James and Matt at 101. Managed to meet my deadline despite being snowed under. Think they did a backshift to get my stuff out to me. Much appreciated guys.

Ewan thank you for taking the time to post your comments.

I’m glad we have been able to support you in being able to take on larger jobs and more challenging work.

I must admit I admire you mate you’ve gone from ordering small vinyl prints and banners to now ordering whopping big signs!

It was always my aim to be a supportive trade partner and it’s great to see someone like you go from strength to strength!

    Well done mate!

We regularly work night shifts, funny enough the night shifts are always so much more enjoyable!

Another thanks to James @ Group 101.

Last Wednesday a good customer of ours required a 500mm diameter floor mat printing, nothing something we can produce in house, and having used James to supply a similar item to the same customer, it was on the phone to him. Being out on site installing a job myself I tried Jame’s mobile, didn’t see his text he sent back saying he was busy, and sent an e-mail when I returned to the office… only to discover he was in hospital with his Wife, following the birth of another Son :blushing:

Whilst James had much more important things to be doing, and it wasn’t an order that was going to help him retire, he went out of his way to help us out, and the item was delivered direct to the client on the weekend.

Monday we received a call from another large client in London, asking if we can be present for a site survey at 11am on Tuesday, with 8 vans booked in for Tuesday it would be a major headache, along with extortionate train costs to get down there, an e-mail to James, and he represented us impeccably down in London, clarified the sizes and requirements, and then submitted a quotation to supply & install on our behalf. Again not a massive job, but a huge help for us.

We really appreciate helping us out with these niggly little jobs :claps:

    quote David Hammond:

Don’t let him kid you that wasn’t work related, he was seeing his second new employee being 3D printed, ahem, i mean born… honest! 😉

Hats off to James for going the extra mile with yet more of our sites UKSG members. :claps:
