As per title really. Anyone have any recommendations for a thicker print media. I’d guess 150-200 microns. 3/4 year monomeric preferable. Basically for long thin stickers, 1200x40mm, to avoid having to use application tape as we have 1500 of these things to do !

    Thanks in advance

What about just laminating standard print vinyl? Will make it heavier plus protect the surface.

You get a motocross vinyl that is pretty thick with a laminate (I think). Never bought any but printmax and MDP sell it.

    Hi David

This is a price driven quote for 1500 stickers 4 foot long and 40 mm wide. It would be not cost effective to print, out gas, laminate and then cut unfortunately.

Will give the others a go guys and see what they come up with. Already had a quote back from Allprint Kevin so a potential contender there but a bit prices for a 150 micron film.

Will check out the others. Thanks guys ! Appreciated
