    Thermal reflective problem

    Hi been trying to cut out 12point letters on thermal reflective problem has been to get a clean cut on my Roland camm 1ooo, tried different angle blades 60 degrees and 45 but still not clean enough any suggestion would be help full.

    have you checked your nylon strip below the vinyl isnt worn…
    also… are you sure your blade is spinning free in the holder? they can clog up over time causing it stick while spinning/changing direction. leaving a dragging effect on the vinyl as oppossed to a clean cut.

    Do the nylon need replacing as it does seem to happen, where can I get replacement for it
