Have a chat with the guys at Dare Decals nr Bristol, they use it for all their MX decals. From what I have seen it is very good. Get APS to send you a sample of the vinyl and laminate.

googled for stuff i remember from the past also, this is it, i think.
this is maybe what allprint sell in the uk. could be wrong but another option.
