Terms and Conditions to protect ourselves from…
…those ‘special’ clients – 2 years on and we still don’t have terms and conditions as such…I think it’s bout time to get these sorted…
Did you guys/girls wrote yours or did you got a template?
Maybe we could attempt put some together covering all the angles…?

this was done on the forum at some point, can’t remember how many years ago it was but there were T & C posted by a couple of different people. Try a search on the forum as what you want is probably still on here somewhere 😆

We acquired some T&C’s, and ran them past our solicitor who made some alterations. They cover most angles, but don’t cover job specifics, such as damage to vehicles & property that we add to quotations as & when required.

It’s the job specific ones I really want to put together otherwise they will not be worth much…divided in sections perhaps…
