Technical Artworker / Draughtsman for ESV & Branding
Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex
We are looking for a responsible, proactive person to deliver all aspects of our 2D design requirements and fit in with our enthusiastic, motivated team. The role involves both the creation of visual proposals for clients and technical drawings for our vinyl-graphics manufacturing department to work from, so a keen eye for detail is needed.
You will be organised, flexible and have a can-do attitude to consistently delivering the highest quality standards at all times.
Using a range of vector graphics software you must be able to prepare CAD drawings and vehicle livery designs and maintain design data through accurate version control. This data is then used to produce kits using our specialist printing and flatbed cutting equipment.
We currently use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, CorelDRAW and CAD software but are looking for someone to standardise and develop this role.
Our ideal candidate will have an engineering degree or background, a good technical mind, excellent communication skills and drive, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to new tasks quickly.
