I have used them and they were very good, fixed my printer and a few days later one of the heads stopped printing, they came back and rectified the problem F.O.C. good service.

i don’t have service support deal but have been helpful on a parts side of things, you find Tom knowledgeable in most printers due to many many years in the trade.

1: Questions to ask is how quick can u get to us?
2: What is your machine like now? do u have good heads and how has it gone for the last year or so?
