  • Tattoo graffiti style – as a permanent reminder of his name

Posted by David Rogers on 12 December 2006 at 08:55

Had a request from one of the lads this morning (actually his mate as he was too scared to ask….) for a tattoo template to say WALKER in a GRAFFITI/TAG style vertically. He wants it on a forearm..I think he’s in danger of people thinking it says something else 😳 if i use an all caps script style.

Any of you budding artists fancy making up a rough for me I’m stumped with it as a vertical layout…bearing in mind…(ahem)…it’s permanant!!

    Cheers

    Dave

    attached is the concept…but not?!?

    ….whatever you do….
PLEASE don’t use all-caps Brisk or Brush Script….
That kid will want to saw off his arm in 5 years.
Marcella is correct about the true grafitti-style fonts on that site.

No fear! Brush Script & Brisk caps are the work of the devil, 👿 and Comic Sans his minions!

WHY, in the name of all that’s sane would anybody want it anyway? That’ll have to be the dumbest £30/£40 he’s gonna spend this week. 🙄

That’d be a cheap tattoo if its on the length his forearm. I had one done last year on my foot its 1 x 3 cm and cost me £20. It’ll be at least £50 to be wandering round with what looks like an obscenity plastered on him. Poor lad 🙁

Well, I printed out four versions for him – all 200mm (8") long.

This is going to be a ‘nippy-sore’ one – underside of the forearm. Think it’s not the first & not the last he’ll be getting…think the tattooist is a friend of a friend (woo! – discount!)
