had some shirts come back today.

    i’ve used:
material: textgraphics: edge readymaterial from spandex
black and grey foil for the image: with the edge (both spot colors).

design is simple: grey rectangle with black text

i’ve overprinted the black text on the grey so there would not be a white line visible from the material.

the problem is that som of the black has rubbed off on the grey (as if the design was folded and the black rubbed off on the grey it came in contact with wile folded) hope i explained it clearely 🙂

i’m going to fix the problem by redoing the shirts butt i don’t want it to happen again.

what could be the cause of this? should i not overprint the text (and risk a tiny white line) or has this come from bad treatement?

have any of you had this kind of problem before? know how to fix it?

comments would be veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery much appriciated

    kind regards

    Dennis

So material can have colour on colour, and some not, check with spandex if it is possible to do
