More excellent 3D work, very impressive Robert.
What brand of HDU foam do you prefer for this type of work?
Do you have a larger picture of the actual peice?

thank you for taking the time to load pictures of your work..

i used coastal enterprise hdu 20# for this one. all brands here will work.
coastal hdu is named precision board, and they sponsor my sign workshops.

i will get a picture in a few days of it painted, this sign will take about 30 or so hours to glaze and paint. i will try to keep a log of the time. took 8 hours to cut.
    thanks

    I know Coastel Enterprizes Robert.
director, Kelly millar, met her at a letter heads meet in Scotland.
Ive only used Signfoam 2, back when i did i found it very porous.
since then i saw precision board its not only was what i was looking at not porous like a sponge, it was like CHALK…
I was very impressed but didn’t have a chance to try it.
i know HDU comes in all sorts of densities… ide love to see it used more here in the uk.

    again, thanks for sharing mate.
