Supply and fit pricing – what’s a good rule of thumb?

Hi Daniel,
Get yourself a ‘price it’ guide, you will find a link for it somewhere on the boards. It’s a great reference to check your pricing.
Price for standard etch £40 – £45 per sq.mtr. fitted.

as above (adjust price to suit your own needs),
Small jobs such as one window I do on an hourly rate + materials (with whatever mark-up you use).

Well I just quoted etch window fitted at 250 X 1640 for £40 … Think I under quoted myself but will still make a profit, the thing is its a big building development so potential for atleast and additional 50+ same size Windows .. So could pay off 🙂

But the prolem is he will want is other 250 windows at the same price, you haven’t allowed for cutting in to full width material, travel etc etc

No Kev that’s what I mean … Live and learn I suppose. Where can I get the price guide book? As that would give me a good starting point 🙂
