supplier please of folded ali or dibond panels?
Can anyone recommend a company they regard as competitively priced and good service for folded panels?
I am needing a 4000mm long folded panel and would rather buy it in complete with fixings etc.

when you say folded panels, do you mean as in sign trays, because i am also looking for prices on those too, i tried ashby so far also.

yeah I meant signtrays. 🙂 Ashby gave me a fairly good price, from what I’ve heard their signtrays are pretty well made.

So might be a problem delivering
But they send it courier anyway -
i had prices from Ashby and sign and screenprint both prices were very similar. only £20 difference.

I had 2 trays from Sign & Screenprint a few weeks ago. They were absolutely awful. All the edges had runs on them and part of the face was like orange peel.
They delivered them without any wrapping – and I mean NO wrapping !They never returned my messages and I would never use them in the future.
If you want trouble free sign trays at good prices – Ashby everytime.
Just my opinion based on experience with both companies.

I have to agree with screen Print, we recieved a tray that was to long, they replaced with a tray that was the wrong colour, then replaced with a tray that was damaged…
SignFab are very good in my opinion. Their lead times used to an issue but they have recently moved powder coating in house and increased their staff so seem to be turning things around pretty quick now!

The biggest problem with Ashby is actually getting at what they have sent you through all the wrapping. 😉
I think they have shares in polystyrene! -

Marcella, why don’t you just make your own? It’s easy to do and Rich did a very good tutorial on making your own sign tray’s

you could try Blackburns Metals they have depots all over and they can manufacture in alu comp or full coated aluminium
