Supplier going above and beyond
I think it’s not always done enough but I would like thank dale at Blackburns metals in Norwich they went above and beyond what they had to do and got an order we placed with them which was a very tight deadline rushed through unfortunately they did not get all the parts in from there supplier in time. But got all the part shipped same day to us from their suppliers in the midland to Essex at there expense so we could get the job done on time for our client and kept us informed all the way through.
Well done guys great customer service, I can not recommend this company enough.

always good to hear positive feedback on suppliers from our members and genuine customers of the supplier!all to often do we hear the negatives, and the flurry of followers jumping on the bandwagon to add to it. so its good to hear about the ones out there doing their damnedest to get it right!

Yeah have to agree, i used them for the first time a few weeks back and felt as if i’d been a customer for years – very helpful

They are local (ish) to me, and always very helpful. In fact I don’t use them enough, which I really should rectify, I often forget they are there 😳
