Summa winplot problem Help needed?
Hi everyone….I am trying so hard not to panic.
my winplot is refusing to open fully to work…It gets as far as just a blue window with the words summa winplot and refuses to open or reduce or close from it.
I have tried uninstalling and re installing…..downloading upgrades etc.
Please please if anyone knows what is going wrong I am so up against it……..

Try shutting down your PC and re-starting it in safe mode. Then run the application. If it works ok in safe mode then there is some other application running during normal running that is preventing it from launching properly.

not sure if this will help or not Cheryl but, i’ve noticed that the majority of my problems with winplot occur when i’ve got a media player going, like winamp (music) or even if i’m ambling through some youtube video’s while attempting to send the file. i guess it’s something to do with the graphics card but, it’s too inconsistent for me to know for sure!

yes, it could be a graphics card problem. seem to have got it working by a system restore point…I have had graphics card problems just lately.
I am aiming for a mac in the new year…this was the tipping point for me.
