    Summa D1400 pro. Odd cut marks

    Since ‘messing about’ getting the OPOS to work the machine has developed a quirk.

    Next to every letter / shape the machine puts a small 0.25mm cut about 2mm away from it.

    Shows up even in the onboard test cut / sample sequence so not software related.

    I think SOMETHING got reset or changed that shouldn’t be but it runs perfectly otherwise.

    Anybody know what would be causing this and a solution?

    Morning
    Don’t know about a summa but on a graphtec it’s called blade control
    Set within the menu and can be 2mm inside or outside a starting path loop

    Might be called OptiCut on the summa

    Spot on with the opticut setting.
    Must’ve been turned on during the opos setup.
