summa d120 software issues?
A few days ago I turned off my cutter as it was cutting. When I turned it back on everything seemed to change. The display showed different numbers, it wasn’t running the same speed and the OPOS wasn’t working. I called Summa and they suggest a firmware upgrade and call them back if that didn’t work. I did the upgrade and ended up calling them back. After spending $50.00 they got my OPOS working again.
I am now discovering new issues. When I do a test cut the material jumps back to ‘home’ and has come close to hurting/cutting my hand. I am trying to test cut through a laminated vinyl and the test either doesn’t cut through at all or right through the paper.
Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated.
