We have been doing sublimation for just a couple of months but are having problems with the Epson C82 printer and Rotech inks from Listawood. The printer seems to clog all the time and we have to constantly do a clean cycle, which uses up the VERY EXPENSIVE inks. Our last batch of inks (over £100 worth) produced only about 50 items – mainly mugs and tiles so obviously there is some sort of problem. I have emailed Listawood today with my problems but does anyone have any advice while I await their reply?

Never had any problems with Rotech ink clogging on the C82 or the C80 when I had that. Did the printer work alright with the original Epson cartridges? What paper are you using to print?

Are you using a bulk ink system?

As you can see there could be a lot of factors involved.

    Yes,
I had the same problem & Listawood told me after 17 mousemats the cartridge had probably run out???? It had clogged & used the set of cartrifges to try & clear it.
