Studio Assistant required :
A very rare opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading sign companies in Essex who service some very impressive clients in Central & West End of London and across the United Kingdom.
We are a very successful North Essex based sign company and are seeking a motivated person to join our very busy studio department. We design and produce a very diverse range of products. You will be assisting in all aspects of studio work reporting directly to the Studio Manager and be predominantly office-based. The primary role would include cutting, weeding and application of vinyls, Printing of substrates on our roll-fed and flat-bed printers. An element of design work would also be required.
Key attributes required :
• Design qualifications and/or experience in the industry is essential
• Must have an eye for detail, be organised and the ability to self-motivate
• To be a team member with the desire to work co-operatively with other staff
• Be willing to take instruction from senior members of staff
• Be able to plan, prioritise work-loads and the ability to work under pressure
• Good time keeperKnowledge of the following programs would be an advantage, but full training will be given :
Gerber Omega
Corel Draw
Onyx RIP
Roland Color RIPSalary : £18,000 – £20,000 (Dependent on experience).
