steel rulesPosted by Gary Davis on 17 October 2004 at 17:58Hi Does anyone know where i can get a steel rule with a thicker edge one side? Have tryed all the DIY places but no luck they only sell the thin ones.
Have seen what im after at 30cm but not 1m!!
Im not after a pukka ‘safety rule’ as such, just one that has some sort of raised edge.

KPMF do a great one right upto 2 metres long and with a safety edge to stop you chopping your finger tips off! (been there done that 😥 ) and a rubber base to stop it slipping, 😮 bugger I sound like a salesman 😳 sorry, I have a 1.5 metre one cost about £20 😎

with a finger like that, you could give up work and travel around the world, charging people to see it…….. i`d pay a £10er…
