My HP2600 Laser printer has just died. 🙁

    Anyone recommend a suitable replacement?

I need a general all purpose printer for invoiced through to artwork production for clients etc.

    Thanks for any input.

    Hi Rod

I had 2 of those. My last one died a couple of months back. I remember getting the second one because it was cheaper to buy a brand new one (with full cartridges) rather than just the cartridges for the old one 😮

Anyway I got a sale Lexmark C543 from Staples for £150! Networked, it is brilliant. Everything inside is separate, fuser etc and just toner boxes so they are cheaper to replace. The HP’s were all in one cartridges so were more expensive. I used to think HP = Quality for printers, but I find Canon better for inkjet and this Lexmark laser is great.

I got a cheap Xerox colour printer, can’t fault it.
