Stainless Steel Sign Blanks -supplier?
An old school mate of mine needs a stainless steel ( or effect ) sign for his new business, about A4 size, preferably on wooden backing.

Is it true you can just apply black vinyl, rather than getting it etched and ink filled? I hope so !! How does it look?
Anyway, can anybody tell me where i can get just 1 a4 size piece of stainless steel ?

the B&Q near me does small sheets of metal, they are bigger than A4 but i’m not sure if they will cut to size. Give them a call.

I would scrounge an off cut from a local metal fabricator.
