Burton-based Hardy Signs is proving top of the class when it comes to helping schools. The firm has supported the education sector with display graphics and signage solutions, including recent large format signage installations at Bournville School, part of Fairfax Multi Academy Trust, which was established in 2014. Within the trust are two established secondary academies – Fairfax and Bournville School and Sixth Form Centre.

The trust has a clear strategy on its vision, ethos and values, all of which are encompassed in its corporate image. Hardy Signs Ltd is proud of its partnership with FMAT and offers a wide range of dynamic digital display solutions and touch screens. "Fairfax Multi Academy Trust is an excellent academy and so is their brand and visual identity," says Nik Hardy, managing director at Hardy Signs.

"We are proud to be supporting their expansion by designing, manufacturing and installing display solutions across their schools. We truly believe in a progressive and inclusive growth for our students, which we extend to our supplier partners too." Andy Bird, CEO of FMAT, says: "Hardy Signs has supported and worked with us for a number of years providing excellent quality and service, while working within our specific timelines."

Recently, new illuminated signage with green LED trough lights, a mini totem and an aluminium faced signpost were installed at Bournville School. These signs with excellent colours and finish were produced at Hardy Signs’ Burton manufacturing unit. In addition, Hardy Digital, a dedicated department of Hardy Signs, has been working with schools and colleges across the region to install digital display solutions. These dynamic digital screens help reconnect schools with students and teachers alike
