Dear signboarders, a problem developed in my SP300 🙁 . Printing a testpattern shows me Cyan is almost black? It seems black is mixed with Cyan somehow. I tried all kinds of cleaning but nothing seems to help.

I desperately need any advice where to look……could it be a damper leaking inside or could it be the printhead……who can give me the answer!!???? 🙄

The black ink has syphoned up into the cyan tube.
You will need to pull it through with a syringe untill it comes through cyan,
or print blocks of cyan only until its clear.
We used to get this problem if we soaked the heads for cleaning when our machine was full solvent.

You where totally right. It happened afer weekly cleaning. I found the black ink in the cyan tube at the damper side. 3 times powerfull cleaning solved my problem, even printing better than ever it looks!

    Thanks very very much!!! 😀
