    Hi All,
Roland was printing well this morning and suddenly the printer has stopped printing. Versaworks states"printing" and the machine is saying now processing but nothing is happening. Ok reboot everything and now when i press print 0% comes up as normal then it disappears? It will not print? Network is ok, i have rebooted switch and router? Printer settings and printer status in versaworks are both reading the printers ink levels and the ip addresses still match up, so they are talking to each other but it wont seem to print? Sorry if that’s not very clear? Can anyone shed any light on what to try next? Anyone had a similar experience? OS W7 64 bit and veraworks 4.4.0

    cheers

Make sure you have clicked on "Queue processing Active" easy to overlook as it’s normally always checked but can end up "unchecked" after a crash and reboot

    Hi Dan

My software is Troop/Wasatch which I always understood was closely related to Versaworks.

It’s highlighted in the red circle

    Hi Phil,
nothing like that in versaworks that i can find! I am beginning to think my switch is on the blink, i think the program and the printer are ok as they are definitely talking to each other! I am just waiting for a new router and switch to turn up to eliminate them as problems! thanks again though.

    cheers

changed router and switch and we can print again, so i think it was network dramas rather than the printer! in case this is helpful for anyone else.
