Hi all, this is part of a large job we have just completed.

We first had to remove the old sign, then manufacture a triangular frame made from 25mm steel box, all fabricated in-house and bolted to the wall.
Panels were made from really nice shiny dibond with vinyl lettering and logos applied.

Looks really smart, customer loved it and I drive past it nearly every day..

Very nice sign Stephen and different to the normal flat stuff but my eye is drawn to the use of all lower case for the name, which to me makes it lack impact.
I know there’s a big trend for non capitalised graphics but in this instance, especially with what the Company does, it just looks wrong.

Hi David, thats part of their corporate image… I agree with you, it should nhave been upper case, we did stress the point when doing the design but the customer was adamant that it had to be all lower case.

The same was done for this; dibond lettering secured directly to cladding with a raised letter "d" on the black dibond board with vinyl lettering

    cheers

Hey that’s a nice job. What fixings did you use and what access equipment?

Perhaps they need to alter the heading on their website then to match the signs!

We did try to point that out…customer got what he wanted..

the lettering was secured directly to the cladding with self tappers, countersunk and the heads covered with vinyl.
We had to hire a 15m cherry picker for the job, cos we had others around the site, including the one on the gable end.
