Solvent Ink Printable Paper with Backing for Cutting -Exist?
We’ve been having a bit of fun with our BN-20 printing pesonalised beer & wine bottles labels for gifts.
I did a few labels for friends in work, stuck them to a bottle and they became a bit of a hit!!! The only thing that lets them down is the glossy vinyl I used to print and cut.
Just wondering if there’s a more suitable product than glossy vinyl? Maybe a an adhesive paper with backing that can be cut in the same way.
The BN-20 takes media in various widths up to 20".
Any tips appreciated.

Not a user of solvent print machines myself John but what about a matt vinyl rather than gloss if nothing more suitable is available. Always think matt looks a bit more classy than gloss personally.

Not sure if sihl do a 170gsm adhesive backed, but fairly sure I seen it, although maybe not 20" but i’m sure they’ll slit it.

Matt vinyl is certainly an option but if a paper exists, I’d prefer it.

Avery, do A4 and A3 self adhesive paper labels, in boxes, staples or somewhere similar, for short runs, would seem a decent fix for your bottle labels.

Image Perfect do an adhesive backed paper, IP 2410, and Spandex should cut to width for you…
