An excellent piece of kit I am missing it, far superior to my Graphtec. 🙁

    i would keep it gareth…

keep the print and cut for just that…

keep the vinyl cutter for cut vinyls only…

just my opinion/view but wouldn’t be me. 😀

Just a little bit more info on the cutter we have for sale.

The photo attached is quite old, the machine is very clean and very well looked after.

It has a brand new Smart knife fitted only last week, and is cutting / working perfectly and can be seen before purchase.

The width is 1370mm and its cutting width is 1195mm, maximum cutting speed is 850mm per second, maximum force is 350gf

It weights 55kg and comes complete with stand and rollers & leads to run it. the driver cd’s (& Roland Cutstudio) are there also if required and a user manual.

It also has an automatic 4 point registration system for accurate contour cutting of prints and comes with automatic sheet cutter.

These retailed new for about £3500 now a GX500 same machine really, looking for a quick sale so offers around £1500 please.

    More photos tomorrow.

    Ta

    Gareth

you will regret in time putting loads of dirty standard cut vinyls through the print machine.

+ its a nice bit of kit as well.

    Hi Gareth

Sold very low on fle-bay I see @ just over £1100.00, was out on the road working and did not get a chance to use your Buy it now price.

win some loose some, do you think it was a good thing to sell it on Fle-bay with a auction format.

    All the best
    Paul

    HI Paul,

In hindsight no it wasn’t a good idea, I did managed to get the 1400 plus 30 delivery so it softened the blow a little. Sorry you didn’t manage to get a bid on it. Didn’t really want to sell it in the end but not got the room for that and a printer cutter.

Thought I might add my own bit to this,
As i was the winner of the flea-bay auction
i had already spoken to Gareth about this cutter, Without knowing that it was the same one that was on flea-bay,(snipping software) been looking at it all week,
Anyway long story short, Gareth was getting more money else where,
Because Gareth was a uksign-boards member i offered to stand-down after winning the auction as he had been made a far better offer. by someone else,
i expected it to go for the £1400 and didn’t bid that high, Although I wasn’t that far away.
I actually was struggling to pay for this at the £1400 as I explained to Gareth
However in the few hours between our phone call and the auctions end,
I called in a couple of oldish debts, Pissed off one customer, And lost another, by telling them i needed them to pay me asap,
Anyway had a £1000 as the auction ended, Gareth contacted me to say that he had a buyer at the correct money, And would i be willing to let it go,
I agreed as Gareth is a uksign-boards member and a fairly decent chap,
However if he had been Joe blogs selling on eBay,
That would have been a different story,
And i would have been at his door today with the money and a couple of Hairy bikers, (The none cooking kind), Looking for my cutter,
I’m gutted at not getting the cutter,
But if my standing back helps out another sign-boards member, Then so be it.
However Gareth you now owe me a drink, :drink4: And a nice word in certain person’s ears, Also the name of that supplier at your end of the country (you forgot to send it last night) Cheers Ray:)
