Snap frame lightbox sheets
Posted by Chris Wilson on 26 October 2018 at 20:40Hi folks,
Customer has asked for us to replace these with new designs. I thought ultima did them but not from what I can see. It’s like 1mm Opel sheet.. or similar

The frames are from Signwaves.
We print onto back lit polyester, disperses the light nicely. May need to do two passes to get a nice solid colour when illuminated

I’m assuming they’re led illuminated Rob, not standard frames, but reading the original post it’s not clear.
Trouble i have with ukpos is they sell to anyone at the same price, and actively promote it too. They’ve started doing print too, so aren’t a ‘trade’ supplier, and are more the competition.

Just re-read it too David…
I think you are correct in it being for an illuminated box but probably the face acetate sheet thats gone missing.
It reads that it’s not the clip frame or LED source as such all but the "ant-glare acetate" sheet that sits in front of whatever is inserted. This being the case, Amari plastics or the like will do this.I have never looked into the UKPOS selling direct. I don’t use them much, but i have been using them for many years now.
I agree that as a trade supplier, they sell only to the trade or at very least, they sell to others at a much higher price tag.
Regardless, I do not like to feed a source that is aiming to take my customers also! -
Yea sorry it is back lit with LED’s, but I think I have found the stuff through spandex at an ok price.
