Stocksigns, Signs & Labels ( http://www.safetyshop.com ) and Sign Systems ( http://www.signsystems.co.uk ) all offer a range of what you’re looking for – some will integrate with signs you make but others are part of a system so you’ll need to buy the complete sign from them.

    Good luck!

Here’s one I made myself with my CNC Router, it was a lot easier than I thought. Just cutting out a window in the wood and putting a piece of 3/16″ plex in the back the same size as the wood. Making the front plex window just a little smaller to trap the slider in place.

I love the idea of doing it myself that way I can make any adjustments that need to be made. I even have some where I added braille too.
