    good morning
last night i run a test print and i noticed that the LC printing only half so i did normal clean. and i tried mid clean same also. so i shutdown it. and i removed the damper i found air bubble inside the damper after that i removed the damper and attached a syringe on the ink pipe. tried to suck the ink but nothing comes out. i take of the other damper for the same head and i did the same procedure the ink flows easly.
i think there is blockage in the ink line that’s feeding the damper i don’t know what to do. second thing when i tried to remove the second damper the small nipple that’s above the head was broken. is there a way to change the printhead manifold without removing the head from its place.

i need your help please. 😥

It is a lot easier to replace the manifold with the printhead removed. The screws are on the underside of the printhead. There are small rubber seals between the manifold and the printhead which need to be align properly.

Look like you got an air leak in the LC ink line.
If you don’t have a service manual I suggest you get help from a technician or you could do further damage to the machine, you have already broke a spigot (nipple) from pulling the damper out.
