Hi Derek
Is it on all fonts?
I had the same a few years ago but only on True type fonts. If you convert the text to curves (break it apart) it should cut. Definitely call cadlink tho.

What make of cutter is it? Good chance its a plain HPGL cutter.
In a case like this, the first thing i do is change my port location in Signlab to File.
I then plot the job to File and give it a .PLT extension.I then import the cut data back into Signlab via File/Import/ HPGL.
Is all the cut data there? If so, could be a Pressure issue with the knife. -
I’ve had similar problems in the past with truetype fonts, cured by converting to curves.
I think it still does it so maybe a long term problem or my cutter, Summa D60.Steve

I’d do the same as Frank to see if everything is being sent. This method is also a good way if you use Signlab’s Photocut and want to get rid of the photo you have vectorised/traced.
