    Hi everyone i seem to have problems importing things in sign lab I.E if i import a vehicle outline etc i do the layout save the job next time i open the file it has error reading file and guess what all the hard work i have done cannot be open, sombody said to weld the outline,which i have,sometimes this helps but sometimes it just makes the vehicle look stupied. what am i doing wrong?. it seems to happen with most AI & eps files any one got any advice please Thanks Mark Very frushstrated 😥

    i had the same problem with importing work from paint shop pro to troop some one sent me a file as a i but only paint shop would open it.but troop doesnt seem to like their a i files but corell ai are ok try doing the job in a different program like correll then save as a i try importing again

    Dunno, but what version of signlab do you have?

    Save in Illustrator version 7 format before saving and importing to Signlab
    Seem to remember reading this somewhere (Ive been saving in format 8 without any problems) even though illustrator asks if you are sure save in 7
