  • Signlab 9.1 Printing Problem

    Hi there.

I have just upgraded from Signlab 8 to 9 which we use for designing and cutting vinyl.
Seem to be having a problem when printing proofs though on our inkjet A4 paper.
It prints out the vector artwork but if any jpeg/bitmap photos or images are in the artwork it will only print one of the images and not the others ?

    Anyone got any ideas?

    Cheers, Cheers.

    Hi Denise.

Thanks for that but still no joy.
Have been into my Signlab 8 to check printer setting on it and they are no different ?
Photo shows Left hand image as it prints properly in Signlab 8.
The 2 on the right show the print outs with missing detail as printed on Signlab 9. Seems to be not printing the vector artwork now but printing the bitmaps ?

My colleague can remember us having a similar problem. something to do with placing an .ini file in another folder. Get in touch with Ray at Cadlink 01462 420 222. He will know 😉

    Hi Reza.

Contacted Cadlink and they told me what to do thanks.
Just had to change part of the notepad ini file as you had suggested.
    Problem solved!

    Cheers
