looks good, was it computer cut or printed?
thanks for sharing

Text was all computer cut, but you can probably guess the Kestrel was printed for a small photo supplied from the customer.

I have followed a few demos from here and found them very informative (wow big word for me)
Although some mentioned they didn’t really like the ‘Post Fix’ you can buy I thought it was great, within 20mins I could continue with the sign, in all it took me approx 2.5 hrs from start to finish to erect it which I was quite chuffed with.

good stuff mate, glad to hear the demos are of use to some..
post mix is great for signs about this size… not so much bigger though as i find its better mixing your own for the larger signs… general one pole signs and some doubles this size you will get away with no probs…
its handy, fast and lets you get on…did you tie the two posts together at the rear by using some wood straps or anything? whats the sign panels made from mate?
just ignore me if you think im being nosey, everyone else does.. 😮 :lol1: :lol1: :lol1:

Hi ya Rob
I built the sign using with two bars going across, I knew that if I had these square and the height correct all would be ok, the signs themselves are simple 12mm ply with an ally frame and Foamalite insert, while I was waiting for the mix to set I put two support post in just so I didn’t have to stand there and hold it. I was surprised within a short time it was hard enough to fix the rest of the sign and by the time we had finished it was rock solid. Customer was well impressed.
