You can buy plastic framing from people like Jag Sign Supplies, they do a couple of different sizes & a range of colours.
Alternatively you could use an aluminium sign frame such as eurotrim or panatrim, available from many suppliers on the toolbar.

was going t say say JAG myself martin, they have done this type of moulding for years as i am sure you will know mate.
alternatively brian, why not use a wooden moulding, Dado Rail type would from B&Q and the like. just paint to suit?

D/tape it in place. couple of counter-sunk screws back filled and painted and there you go?

I’d still give them a ring Brian, not everything they do is online.

How big is the sign Brian? if your struggling to find a suitable plastic moulding then I would have a look at an aluminium sign frame, either buy whatever lengths & make up yourself or buy in ready made.
If your having trouble finding it in the right colour just spray it yourself.

    good point on aluminium martin…
Brian you could buy bull-nose panatrim type extrusion.
i think there are a few sources for it but anytime i bought it it was via SMP who has been bought out by Ashby and i believe Ashby now stock all same. might be an idea?
