Sign & Digital UK launches online information initiative, ‘Sign & Digital Explains’
The Sign & Digital UK team at Faversham House have today announced the launch of Sign & Digital Explains, an area on the show website which hosts downloadable practical articles on topics of interest to visitors from across the sign and display sectors.
The first two articles to be made available cover “Dye Sublimation & Heat Transfer Printing: From start-up to specialisation” and “A guide to wide format digital textile printing” and set the standard for a series of scheduled reports and news throughout the year.
In the run up to the show Sign & Digital Explains will also look at ‘Getting into wide format’, ‘Wall Décor’ and ‘Vehicle Wrapping’.
Rudi Blackett, event director, said “As the leading event for the sign and display sectors, we have access to a wide range of experts and leading companies whose knowledge and expertise will help visitors grow their businesses.
The aim of this new initiative is to give our visitor audience a year-round opportunity to find out about potential new revenue streams and development areas for their businesses.”
The articles, both in-depth comment and some shorter blogs that we produce ahead of the show, will be translated into seminars, debates and panel sessions at the 2018 show. Live demonstration areas will also offer the chance to see these developing technologies in action.”
For our visitors from the creative industries there is also a series of inspiring blogs with some great tips and ideas to help them stay at the top of their game. Again, a visit to the show in April will allow them to see this creativity brought to life.”
Sign & Digital UK will take place at the NEC, Birmingham from 24 to 26 April 2018 and is free to attend for visitors.
