This sign is a mix! Plywood painted board with vinyl lettering and airbrushed fades to A1 and highlights to car.

Doesn’t take too long either and spices up the sign I think, what about you?

    Cheers Neil

    Nice sign

It stands out, that’s for sure

What paint, vinyl, airbrush do you use.

We have done a bit of paint on vinyl in the past and we are in the proccess of doing our own vehicle at the moment so any tips/info welcome

    Cool.
Isn’t it amazing what a few special touches can do for a sign?

Hi peeps, thanks for looking at my work. It’s great to be able to have some fun with a sign sometimes, nice to get away from run of the mill stuff. Although lately I’ve started trying to push the more unusual signs as there are too many sign people in my area.

Paul I used an iwata airbrush and 1 shot paint onto mactac 9800 series vinyl, then frogjuiced the lot to protect it.

Why not add some gradient fills to the lettering on your van, it looks great done with paint and it’s far cheaper than spending £10,000 on a digital printer.

    cheers Neil 😀
