Hi Warren,

Sorry I forgot your guys ain’t mind readers! :lol1: . It’s a Motocross Dirtbike Show at Stoneleigh near Coventry. I have a stand with my motocross shop and another stand with my Graphics Department. It is a totally empty shell that I have to build from scrath.

Just trying to think of some ideas that may be a bit different to what I normally have and most others do.

Any Ideas?

at exhibitions i used to put two pasting tables covered in nice plain fabric with screen printed company logo all the way along so it stood out, then the main sign had the same, cover your walls in everything you do or have done, (samples of work kept) and another wee tip, I know its a bikers do, but loads of large platters of sandwiches and believe me they all come flocking round, whether they are interested or not….you’ve captured them with some food 😀 oh and my outfit had company logos on it too, give away t-shirts are a good crowd puller, basically anything you can put your company name on, put in your stall. another example of displaying products is window signs, I put a double glazed sample unit with a sign holder on it, im bletherin on here but im trying to remember all the things i used to do. 😮 there will be more probably as the night goes on :lol1: :lol1:

Cheap n easy is to get some soundbites from dirt bike races and pump it out, the ears will lead the curious 🙂 just make sure the rest of your stand is good enough to draw them in for the kill 🙂

Thanks for the ideas. Unfortunately we are not aloud food or drink on the stands as they have there own Canteen outside 🙁 . Also we are only aloud to have a small amount of music aswell. I will be playing DVDs on my other stand tho so should make a bit of noise!

May just stick to free stickers & leaflets as trying to print the whole stand for 4 days may be just a bit to much.
