    features a dibond tray (30 mins to make)

    orange px panel (hand cut using jigsaw)

    15mm thick black foamex letters the IHOC has had a 45 deg bevel added to it to add some shape

    the lettering was fixed to a dibond panel and stuck to an exposed rsj

    in all about 10 hours to make and fit

    What do you use to blind fix to something like a shop front or an RSJ P (?) aul?

    excellent paul… would love to see the logo up close. 😉

    as for the dibond. i take it you useda v-shaped router but with flat tip to created the groove for folding…. if it was hand held router what did you use as a jig/guide….? 😕

    we have the di-bond saw at work which uses special blades…fantastic tool

    it was all stuck to the wall using geobond !!!!! (an aeropace sealent that has a high grab strength)
