    fantastic news…….the report I heard said the 39 year old arrested was related to the childs stepfather? Is that correct?

    It is great news indeed. I do fear that the whole thing is going to come down to a battle between two separated families. I think the Father of the child has been involved, Shannon wanted to live with her Father, and I do believe she was found at a relatives house. I don’t think that there is serious foul play here i.e abduction by a pervert, and I think that no charges will be put against anyone, it seems like a custody battle will start.
